Share a Category Manager in the Chinese market.

We have recruited, coached and hosted a Category Manager shared between two food companies in the Chinese market. The objective was to work hand-in-hand with the importer-distributor to set up the business locally. We carried out various tasks, such as monthly sales monitoring and the implementation of promotions across the distribution network in particular.

The solution worked so well that Lesieur opened a branch locally!
