Promotion of French charcuterie in Japan

One week of operation for a delegation of FICT member companies

From 11 to 18 November, EOC organized in Japan, a week of actions dedicated to the promotion of French charcuterie. A delegation of companies and representatives of the FICT were able to participate in a networking seminar for professionals, a training seminar for chefs, a bloggers workshop, store and restaurant activities and were also able to take part in the final of the Cooking Contest and Butlers, during which the French charcuterie was highlighted through the Jambon de Bayonne IGP. An intense week full of promising meetings for the companies present!
